Senior QA Automation Expert, NYC (Contract)                                           Rate: Open 

Criterion Software has openings for two Senior QA professionals to lead the QA Automation for over a 100 projects under development 

at our NYC Client location. Ideal candidates will have a Degree or  equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering with more than 9 years 

experience in testing large enterprise applications using HP QTP, Winrunner, etc. 
 
Job Description:

Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for Client applications. Create the corresponding test strategy, test plans

and test cases for Client's SQA team.   
Execute Automated SQA testing of Client applications in accordance with project documentation and aligned with company standards.
Perform back-end (database) testing using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. Perform regression and integration testing. 
Perform front-end (functional) testing of Web and GUI applications.  
Analyze test results and logs defects in HP Quality Center. Partner with project team members on the resolution and re-testing of 

identified defects and issues.
Prepare reports of defects, test results, etc., through HP Quality Center. Provide constructive feedback and process improvement 

recommendations to the project team.
